What You'd Do

• Own the production pipeline. Sprints, milestones, deliverables.
• Run standups, unblock bottlenecks.
• Manage the budget. Cost tracking, burn rate, forecasting.
• Coordinate between engineering, animation, art and design.
• QA oversight. Builds go out tested.
• Report directly to the founder.

In essence a creative head of product not a monotonous manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years producing games
• Shipped at least one mobile or console title where you owned production
• Managed remote/distributed teams and contractors
• Comfortable with budgets, burn rates, cost tracking
• Basic Unity literacy
• Agile/Kanban experience

Nice to Have

• F2P / mobile monetization experience
• Fighting game or competitive multiplayer background
• Small team experience (<10 people)
