🌊 Hi! Nate from Work With Indies here. I've been super lucky to have been able to work with Coincidence over the last several months on U.V.S. Nirmana. Zach and team are fantastic– and so are their games. I have no doubt that whoever joins will feel the same.

Coincidence is a flexible business framework for a small number of people to work on their own or in groups on projects that interest them. We mostly make games. Many of us worked at Zachtronics at one point or another.
While it may appear these works are developed according to a certain plan or schema, they are not. The human brain is wired to infer causal relationships between events that bear similarity to each other whether or not such causes exist. Therefore, we say these works are developed by Coincidence.
We’ve been lucky to have some incredible jobs working at and partnering with some of the biggest brands in video games.
But we’ve never had more fun and been more fulfilled than when we were working with indie game developers.
Everyone in games should have that much fun.
Our hope is that Work With Indies will connect job seekers with the most rewarding, most inspirational, and most fun jobs they've ever had.
