Finitude is a small remote studio based in Germany, working together to build Kinstrife. We run on trust & autonomy rather than hierarchy, value iteration over perfection, and focus on what truly matters to players. We’re currently scaling up our team and are looking for people who share our approach to making games.
Why we do what we do
What we’re making emerged from years of learning what’s worth building and it’s something we’re genuinely passionate about: Creating deep historical experiences with authenticity & ambition not only for us, but also for our growing community. And by doing so we want to demonstrate that a small team with trust, autonomy, and long-term thinking can deliver something grand.
We’ve been lucky to have some incredible jobs working at and partnering with some of the biggest brands in video games.
But we’ve never had more fun and been more fulfilled than when we were working with indie game developers.
Everyone in games should have that much fun.
Our hope is that Work With Indies will connect job seekers with the most rewarding, most inspirational, and most fun jobs they've ever had.
