Hailing from Barcelona, Melbot Studios has never been one to color inside the lines. Known for their quirky, award-winning creations like Melbits World and Melbits POD, Melbot blends creativity with chaos in every project.
Based in Barcelona, we are a tribe of misfits, mad geniuses, and creative souls who grew weary of working at top game studios. We chose to embark on our own journey.
At Melbot Studios, we sprinkle every aspect of our games with humor and a touch of punk. We are determined to turn our bravest ideas into games we’d love to play which nobody dared to make yet.
Our main weapons in the battlefield of game development are our unique art style, outside-the-box worldbuilding and disruptive tech; but what truly drives our design is emotion. Like postmodern druids, we combine these alchemical elements to create a spell of interactive sorcery, for our players to dive into and revel in.
We’ve been lucky to have some incredible jobs working at and partnering with some of the biggest brands in video games.
But we’ve never had more fun and been more fulfilled than when we were working with indie game developers.
Everyone in games should have that much fun.
