Thera Bytes is a small indipendent games developer with a full remote organisation. We have adopted to industry requirements, working highly flexible and with cost-efficient structures. We are a bunch of industry experts in the field of creation, production and management. Our common goal is to ship the best game we can imagine.

How we design games 

Throughout all production phases we take a "player-first" mindset, asking how players will perceive our game and what they will ask for. We expect everyone in the team to understand and learn necessary genre expertise and expectations in the corresponding market. We design new features and make them playable ASAP in order to iterate quickly. 

Team bonding 

We have a long history of cool and active team events. We will keep this up in the future and combine outdoor activities, fun and great food in the beatiful nature around Munich (Lakes, mountains, hiking etc.).

1.  Read our job offers carefully. We are trying to be as clear as possible when it comes to requirements for a certain job role. Of course we are not getting everything we want. Please make also sure your skills, characteristics and expectations covering a good portion of it. 
2. Show your work. We are here to entertain people. Have you worked on games before? Please show us your relevant work in your specific domain and make it a part of your application. Tell us, what you have been incredibly proud of and provide respective access to your personal showroom (ArtStation, Behance, gameplay videos, github).  Applying without work samples is possible, though reducing your chance to stand-out. 
3. What motivates you. We are always thrilled to understand why you want to join us and what you expect from your future work place. We can't do miracles but we can and will listen to you. Providing your CV is obligatory and an additional motivation letter will wow us. 
4. Hiring process. Our hiring process is running by email. The process is designed to be mutually beneficial, streamlining the experience for both you and us. Rest assured, every application will be acknowledged. During peak periods, our response time may be slightly extended, but we strive to make the process as efficient and enjoyable as possible.
