As a Community Manager, you will be the connecting voice between the internal team and the players. Defining and refining our "community tone" will play a large role in the early stages of community building, paired with producing content for social media.

This position offers an incredibly unique opportunity to play a critical role in building a large-scale community with the flexibility and experimentation afforded by being part of a small team.

We’ve spent the past two years giving Draw & Guess a massive overhaul that we expect to release mid-late Q3.

We’re keeping details top secret here, but we’ll tell you more in our chats - we are working on establishing Draw & Guess as the de-facto game for both party drawing & serious artists.

💼 Responsibilities

• Lead all communications for the upcoming major revamp
• Establish a community strategy across various social channels to improve communication with the player base.
• Take the lead on new community initiatives to engage and delight players.
• Implement and review content KPIs to iterate and improve engagement/campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with community influencers.
• Content creation for social media channels, notably Twitter, YouTube and TikTok.
• Manage and grow our Discord community/build upon its value to players.

🍦 Who We Are Looking For

• At least 1 year of industry experience managing a large community (over 100k players).
• A track record of launching some sweet campaigns/community initiatives.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proficiency with community management tools and platforms, e.g ticketing systems, analytics tools, and spreadsheet software, to effectively manage and engage with the player base.
• A strategic thinker that can lay down memes as well as they can set/analyse KPI metrics.
• (Optional) Enjoy both drawing, and guessing.

Below is an outline of our interview process for this role. We understand interviewing can be exhausting, especially when drawn out.

We will to get back to you within a maximum of 2 days of any informal chats and a maximum of 5 days for any subsequent stages.

Step 1) Informal Chat - 30 Minutes

Step 2) Formal Interview - 60 Minutes

Step 3) Take-Home Project - No more than 4 hours In respect of your time, we provide $100 USD compensation for any completed take-home projects

Step 4) Final Chat - 30 Minutes
