Our previous title Recycling Center Simulator shipped on PC & Console and achieved strong commercial results. We offer the stability of an established team with the creative freedom of an indie studio.
Now we are looking for a Senior 3D Generalist to join the development of our new co-op PC game project.
We are searching for an experienced artist who can take ownership of 3D asset production from modeling to in-engine implementation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across environments, props and occasionally creatures, and can deliver production-ready assets with minimal supervision.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small, focused team and contributing directly to the visual identity and production pipeline of a PC game.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating high-quality, optimized 3D assets including props, environment pieces and creatures
- Producing game-ready models (clean topology, UVs, textures, LODs)
- Implementing and configuring assets inside Unity
- Building modular environment assets
- Assembling scenes and supporting level design with environment assets
- Optimizing assets and scenes for real-time performance on PC
- Managing and maintaining art asset libraries and naming conventions
- Contributing to art pipelines and production workflows
- Collaborating closely with designers, programmers and other artists
- Supporting and mentoring other artists when needed
- Taking ownership of art tasks and delivering assets independently
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience as a 3D artist in game development
- Experience working on PC or console games
- Experience working on shipped PC titlesStrong skills in Blender, ZBrush and Substance Painter
- Experience implementing assets in Unity or Unreal Engine
- Strong understanding of topology, UV layout, texel density and material workflows
- Experience creating game-ready environments and props
- Knowledge of real-time optimization (polycount, draw calls, LODs, texture budgets)
- Experience with modular environment workflows
- Ability to work across different art styles (stylized or stylized-realistic)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
- Comfortable working in small teams with a high level of ownership

- Experience creating creatures or character assets
- Experience working on co-op or multiplayer games
- Experience improving art pipelines and production workflows
