Cold Symmetry is looking for an experienced Rigger / Technical Animator to join our team. This role focuses on refining and enhancing character setups in Unreal Engine, complementing our existing animation workflows as we prepare for upcoming milestones.
We’re seeking someone with a deep understanding of Unreal Engine character setups and a knack for solving complex technical animation challenges. If you’re passionate about elevating animation quality and enjoy collaborating with creative teams, we’d love to hear from you.

Cold Symmetry is the studio that created Mortal Shell - a successful indie title crafted by a small passionate team. As we grow bigger and aim to produce better games, we want to preserve our culture of autonomy, quality, creativity, and focus. We want to fill our team with people like us who set ambitious goals, are not afraid to take creative risks, and pour their heart and soul into making a game they love, and ultimately, would love to play.
We're looking to expand both our core team and our network of contractors. We are a distributed studio and all of our positions are fully remote. We are considering candidates from anywhere in the world as long as you're really good at what you do. What matters to us is that you're competent, talented, resourceful, take extreme ownership in your specialized area, and have a burning desire to get things done.

Mortal Shell 2 is a standalone sequel to Mortal Shell that significantly expands on the original. Explore a dense, open world filled with dark secrets, strange companions, and loathsome foes.
