Core Qualifications

• 3+ years of Unreal experience.
• Excited and able to work with an agile and flexible team + participate in major decisions.
• 3+ shipped games on resume.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Readiness to lead with authenticity, accountability, and humility.
• Strong intrinsic drive to make excellent work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building a game in the Battle Royale or Survival genres.
• Experience on a live-service game.
• A love for social role-playing and social deduction games.
• A strong understanding of multiplayer development.
