We are seeking a cross-functional Product Delivery Lead to drive the execution and strategic development of Dominion: A Fallen World, a narrative-driven sci-fi mobile game currently in late-stage production. This role combines product ownership and project leadership, managing the full delivery pipeline from game concept to feature implementation.
The Product Delivery Lead is responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, managing sprint execution, and leading coordination between development and design teams. This individual will ensure Dominion’s game mechanics, UX systems, and content delivery align with the creative vision and technical requirements of the project.
Technical Expertise (Development & Programming)
The Product Delivery Lead must bring a strong technical foundation to effectively coordinate with the development team and understand the complexities of a Unity-based game environment. Familiarity with game development workflows, programming logic, and technical dependencies is critical to successfully oversee feature implementation, troubleshoot blockers, and maintain production velocity.

- Game Engine: Unity (2022.3 LTS)
- Programming Languages: C#, C++, JavaScript (limited use in tools), ShaderLab
- Data & Config: JSON (for data configuration and communication between systems)
- Version Control: GitHub
- Backend Framework & Multiplayer: Photon Engine, PlayFab, custom backend framework, AWS servers, Unity Multicloud
- UI/UX Tools: Unity UI Toolkit, Figma (for design handoff)
- Animation & VFX: Unity Animator, Timeline, Particle System, Shader Graph
- Other Tools: Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion (for documentation, QA, and sprint management)
This role requires an understanding of how these components interact in a live game environment and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and technical artists to ensure smooth, scalable delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Feature Planning
- Own and evolve the product roadmap based on vision, user experience, gameplay balance, and release goals
- Define core gameplay systems, meta features, and digital economy mechanics
- Translate high-level concepts into implementable features with user stories and clear success criteria
- Prioritize backlog based on impact, feasibility, and development bandwidth
Sprint Management & Task Coordination
- Lead sprint planning, goal setting, and backlog grooming across all departments
- Create and assign tasks to development and design team members
- Maintain Trello boards and sprint boards, ensuring workflows are visible and organized
- Monitor progress throughout the sprint and adapt timelines or priorities as needed
Design & UX Oversight
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to define flows, wireframes, and in-game systems
- Review and approve UI layouts, interaction designs, and player feedback loops
- Ensure that design decisions align with overall game vision, technical feasibility, and gameplay flow
Development Coordination
- Align with developers to confirm feature scope, technical dependencies, and implementation timelines
- Monitor GitHub activity to verify ongoing development, branch merges, and technical updates
- Provide feedback on builds and confirm that completed features match intended design
QA & Build Approval
- Oversee internal testing workflows for both front-end (UX/UI) and gameplay systems
- Conduct review of live builds and manage approvals before submission
- Work with the team to triage, prioritize, and resolve bugs or gameplay issues
Cross-Team Leadership
- Act as the primary point of communication across design, development, animation, and admin teams
- Coordinate with third-party contributors (sound design, comics, illustrators, etc.) to ensure timely asset delivery
- Deliver end-of-day summaries and weekly reports to leadership on progress, blockers, and upcoming work
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a hybrid product/project management role
- Strong background in Agile or hybrid workflows (Scrum/Kanban)
- Demonstrated ability to lead both technical (developers) and creative (designers/artists) teams
- Proficiency with Trello or equivalent project management tools
- Experience managing a game or mobile app from pre-production to submission
- Ability to write clear feature requirements, user stories, and design documentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, particularly in remote team environments
- Familiarity with Unity, GitHub, and mobile build submission pipelines
- Background in UX/UI, narrative design, 3D/2D game environments or system balancing in games
