We value creativity, a hunger for learning, work life balance, and building a team culture where everyone has a voice.

Responsibilities

  • Model and texture a wide range of assets (environments, characters, props, creatures, etc.) to support exploration and storytelling
  • Build game ready assets optimized for Unreal Engine 5
  • Collaborate with the team to create environments that feel lived in, mysterious, and atmospheric
  • Contribute ideas for how art can support narrative and gameplay tension
  • Support lighting, shaders, and simple VFX when needed
  • Iterate on feedback to ensure assets fit both the art direction and gameplay needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role in games, we’re looking for someone that is comfortable wearing multiple hats!
  • Strong skills in modeling, sculpting, and texturing (Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Substance, etc.)
  • Understanding of Unreal Engine 5 workflows and optimization for real time assets
  • Strong eye for mood, detail, and readability in dark and atmospheric settings
  • Ability to work on both organic and hard surface assets
  • Good communication skills and comfort working in a small, collaborative team

Nice to Have

  • Experience with lighting or shaders to build atmosphere
  • Basic animation or rigging skills
  • Familiarity with procedural tools (Houdini, SpeedTree, etc.)
  • Love for narrative driven adventure games

What We Offer

  • Fully remote position
  • The chance to shape the art style and mood of a first release indie game
  • A collaborative, creative environment that values balance and passion
