Game Shovel has a indie multiplayer strategy game called Subterfuge that was released in 2015 on iOS and Android. The game was written in a proprietary C++ game engine. It has not been updated in quite some time and is at risk of being delisted. We are looking for a software engineer to re-write the Android version of the game using a modern cross-platform engine.

Game Shovel is a indie builder of multiplayer strategy games.
Subterfuge plays out in real-time over the course of a week or more. Players check in a few times each day to assess their situation, issue or modify orders, and engage their fellow players in diplomacy and subterfuge. You will need to master both strategy and diplomacy to earn your victory, so plan ahead, coordinate with others, and carefully consider the consequences of your actions!
We’ve been lucky to have some incredible jobs working at and partnering with some of the biggest brands in video games.
But we’ve never had more fun and been more fulfilled than when we were working with indie game developers.
