About the game
Lazy River is a co-op first person shooter set at the galaxy's most unregulated waterpark, Water Station One. The water park is connected by an infinite lazy river that runs the length of the park. You and your friends are at the park for a fun vacation, but some guy peed in the pool and the pee mixed with the space water and turned all the guests into zombies that want to kill you. You’ll need to build a raft and ride the Lazy River to the other end of the park to escape.
What we’re looking for
A 2D artist/illustrator to breathe life into many different areas of the game including menus, loading screens, in-world signs and surfaces. In addition we need real world marketing and promotional material such as youtube thumbnails, capsule art and other work reflective of the character and humor of the game.
To apply
Please submit a portfolio of your work, especially focused on world maps, fun colorful characters or interesting props.

Mike and Karlee started working on a project called Lazy River in 2019, but by 2022 the project was off the rails and needed to be scrapped. After hiring Kevan and Jake, the four started a fresh project and focused on fun innertube physics in a procedurally generated waterpark. Joel joined in 2024 to handle audio and the team was complete.
