Melbot is looking for a seasoned comedy writer, ideally with experience in episodic indie animation and narrative design (It’s a lot to ask, but hey, if it’s you, we’re golden).
About the Project
You’d work closely with the creative director developing scenes, storylines and NPCs. The game has adult themes, social satire and some grotesque stuff, so you’d have to be not only comfortable, but willing to push the envelope.
Our humor has been compared to Adult Swim or Helluva Boss/Hazbin Hotel. The Game is a roguelite similar to Hades with a Social Hub similar to Monster Prom and others.
Requirements
A comedy sample is mandatory, game development experience is nice but not required.
