Optillusion Games are looking for a full-time Senior 2D & 3D Generalist to join our team on-site in Laguna Hills, CA.

Qualifications: 

• 4+ years of work experience in game development.
• Have experience working as (or have experience working closely with) the lead artist in a project.
• Have experience with Autodesk Maya, Blender, or any other equivalent 3D software. 
• Have aesthetics, familiar with various art styles. (Especially in flat design art style and illustrations)
• Have a solid understanding of art principles and good art skills.
• Be creative and willing to explore new concepts.
• Be passionate about game development.

Responsibilities:

• Create 2D & 3D assets for upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with the art team and other developers. 
• Work with other artists to explore and decide art styles for projects.
• Assist in the resolution of art asset planning, issues, design, function, and performance.

Nice to have:

• Good illustration/painting skills
• Be familiar with game art assets, especially stylized 3D game assets workflow. 
• Leadership role work experience in shipped titles. 
• Have experience creating animations.
