We're looking for someone whose love language is making interfaces feel good. You'll shape game interactions with us, then make it real, building and polishing them in Godot. We give you the backend, you make the frontend shine.

How We Work
You get a milestone like "merchant shop" or "item customization interface." We throw at you backend hooks and napkin sketches to figure it out together: what works, what's stupid, what'll actually feel good. Then you do your thing: GDScript, containers, animation tweens, hook it to the backend, make it actually work and look sick.

Work Structure
Contract role, milestone-based pay. Milestones are focused chunks of work, ranging between €400-1200 each depending on scope and impact on the project. Finish a big milestone fast? You still get the full rate. We care about shipping quality work, not counting hours. If we click and you'd like to stick around we'd love to figure out how to make this long-term.
FAQ
Q: I'm a junior dev, can I apply?
A: We value skills over titles. We don't care whether you are "Junior" or "Senior", can you make buttons feel good to press? Can you make a card satisfying to drag? If you like doing this kind of work, shoot your shot.
Q: I don't hit every single requirement in the list...
A: You know that stat where women only apply if they meet 100% of requirements while men apply at 60%? Yeah, don't do that. Requirements are a wishlist, not a bouncer. If "making the UI feel good" sounds fun to you, shoot your shot.
Q: Can I work on other stuff as well?
A: Yeah, obviously. We're not keeping you locked in our basement as our secret UI wizard. Take other gigs, work on your own stuff, touch grass. The thing we care about is to be available when needed and to respect the milestone deadline we agreed on.
