Full Time
Stockholm, Zagreb, or Remote

We are looking for a T-shaped video creator that can take a trailer from concept to finish, including game capture, editing and motion graphics in a collaborative environment. Our work requires us to be able to be open and communicative with developers and brand owners to find that secret sauce that makes a great marketing asset. And have fun doing it!

  • You’re a self-starter. When nobody has given you a task, you look for one. Nobody is lording over you, we're expecting that you'll lead your efforts on your own volition.
  • You’re proficient in all the tools needed. Adobe Premiere and After Effects is basically a must know. If you have experience of working in 3D applications like Blender and game engines like Unity that is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow in these fields works too. Maybe you know some Photoshop, GIMP, Illustrator and/or Adobe InDesign and even un-sexy stuff like MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). All the better.
  • You´re humble. No task is too small or insignificant to be done with style and finesse, be it making the coolest poster of the year or just resizing files.

If this sounds like you, and you’re interested in being a part of this funky endeavour with competitive compensation and sky-high aspirations, hit apply.

And please share what creative experience you have!

Raw Fury

We’re Raw Fury, an unusual indie game publisher with heavy focus on individual autonomy and with an insatiable desire to sign magical experiences that move us. We’re just people. Just people with an abnormal interest in games. Okay, it goes beyond that. All of us believe that games matter. They are the marriage of art and craft. They can elevate, change, entertain, surprise, and move people. They’re the modern vessels for our stories – our imagination. They facilitate communication and communion.

What benefits do you offer?

  • Flexible hours
  • Remote friendly since 2015
  • 30 PTO days + national holidays
  • Gym reimbursement

The Tenets of Fury

Principles We Work by:

  • Treat People like People. Transparency, mutual respect, and trust are the basis of making this work.
  • For Happiness, over Profit. We work with people we like, focus on happiness, and believe money comes as a derivative of people feeling happy and motivated to do their best work.
  • Games are Art. They can touch people. To change minds and hearts. They can transmute an idea into something new.
Featured Game

Embark on a unique and unforgettable journey and guide Sable (Shedworks) through her Gliding; a rite of passage that will take her across vast deserts and mesmerizing landscapes, capped by the remains of spaceships and ancient wonders.

Townscaper (Oskar Stålberg) is an indie city builder video game. Build quaint island towns with curvy streets. Build small hamlets, soaring cathedrals, canal networks, or sky cities on stilts. Block by block.

Call of the Sea (Out of the Blue Games) is an otherworldly tale of mystery and love set in the 1930s South Pacific. Explore a lush island paradise, solve puzzles and unlock secrets in the hunt for your husband’s missing expedition.

👋 A note from Work With Indies: Rachel and Mai recently joined us for an AMA in our Discord server to answer questions about their then-open Graphic Designer role. While that role has been closed, they also answered questions about Raw Fury's culture, working remotely, and transitioning from outside of games into Raw Fury. You can read the full recap here.

"The #1 thing I love about working at Raw Fury (#2 being flexibility) is the people. Our coworkers and our developers. Our colleagues in a different timezone are SO NICE... There are meetings just to chat over coffee, biannual meetups to meet in person, and various chats to ensure team cohesion!" - Rachel
