Roguery Games is a new indie studio making games for players who thrive on challenge, growth, and triumph after every trial. We’re looking for a Head Technical Game Designer to join our founding team and help build our first title(s).
You Will:
- Design and implement core gameplay systems & mechanics
- Prototype, balance, and iterate features for maximum player fun
- Collaborate with the Founder/Creative Director and artists to align vision & execution
- Establish best practices and workflows for a small, agile team
- Shape the DNA of our studio as a key founding member
You Are:
- An indie game dev with a portfolio (shipped projects, prototypes, or mods welcome)
- Skilled in Unity (C#), Godot (GDScript), or Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints/C++)
- Strong in game design principles, player psychology, and technical systems
- Excited to wear multiple hats and thrive in a small, collaborative team
