We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our publishing branch. You will be working with a close-knit team of publishing staff to shepherd all marketing strategies and tactics, as well as external partners and agencies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work with publishing staff and external development partners to develop, manage, and execute marketing strategies.
  • Oversight and management of promotional assets creation, portfolio strategy, social media, community strategy, and branding of both Serenity Forge and its individual products
  • Proactively conduct marketing research and turn the research into actionable strategies and tactics
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and constantly seek out new ways to work creatively around budget constraints

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial game marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and understand leadership priorities
  • Possess a creative flair with excellent eye for detail
  • Proven ability to combine creative execution with data-driven approach
  • Knowledge and passion for the video game industry and current gaming trends
  • Understanding and awareness of a wide range of game genres and audiences

Bonus Skills & Experience

  • Shipped multiple multiplatform games
  • Visual asset production experience in Adobe suites
  • Personal interest in narrative and artistic games
