A Technical Lead is responsible for analyzing technical requirements, designing and structuring system features, implementing, programming, fixing bugs, enhancing system performance, system merging and version control, managing the technical team with the technical requirements, and will work closely with the production team to create engaging and entertaining game experiences for players.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in Unity development.
• Proficient in C# programming language and object-oriented design principles.
• Solid understanding of game development fundamentals, including physics, animation and AI.
• Experience with optimizing and debugging performance issues in Unity applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.
