We’re looking for a senior 3D Animator to join our fully remote boutique videogame studio.

‍

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build and iterate on 3D animations and integrate them into Unity
• Conceive of, and create, top-quality key-frame, character animations for various humanoid characters and creatures
• Drive the creation of all animations for the game
• Collaborate with the character artist bring the game’s NPCs to life
• Help estimate and plan out animation related tasks with the producer
• Commit to fostering an inclusive and supportive creative culture in a diverse studio

Who we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a 3D animator in the video game industry, evidenced by a portfolio showcasing high-quality animation projects
• Advanced knowledge in the principles of animation
• Comfortable using the Unity game engine
• Experience creating humanoid animations for implementation in Unity
• Excellent creative collaboration, presentation, and teamwork skills
• Empathetic and collaborative team player with a positive and open communication style

Must-haves

• Comfortable working alongside GMT (London) time zone (offset by less than 6 hours)
• Good home setup with necessary hardware

Nice-to-haves

• Based in the UK (or EEA)
• Experience with rigging
• Prior experience working in a digital production environment
• Skilled in, familiar with or curious about other artistic disciplines - concept, tech art, lighting etc.
