We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead to own end-to-end creator campaigns across our portfolio of indie game launches.
You’ll lead everything from creator strategy and sourcing to negotiation, campaign execution, and reporting - building scalable creator ecosystems that drive awareness, wishlists, and sales.
This role is both strategic and hands-on - perfect for someone who understands gaming creators deeply and knows how to turn partnerships into measurable performance.
This role is open to candidates in the US and Canada.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop influencer marketing strategies across the full launch lifecycle: Announcement → Wishlist → Demo/Next Fest → Launch → Post-launch
- Identify the right mix of influencers across channels and tiers
- Build campaign frameworks that combine paid, earned, and affiliate-style activations
- Source and vet creators across platforms using: Keymailer, Lurkit, internal databases, and native platform discovery
- Build and manage creator shortlists aligned to each game’s audience
- Lead outreach and relationship-building with creators and their management
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
- Draft and manage agreements/SOWs
- Ensure deliverables align with campaign goals and budget constraints
- Coordinate creator deliverables including: gameplay videos, streams, TikToks, Shorts, social posts
- Manage briefing, asset approvals, and feedback cycles
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices
- Identify high-performing creators to scale or re-engage
- Build campaign reports and post-mortem insights
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in gaming influencer marketing
- Proven experience leading end-to-end influencer campaigns for games
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Keymailer and Lurkit
- Strong familiarity with platform best practices for the YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, X, Shorts ecosystem
- Deep understanding of gaming creator landscape
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously
- Passionate about gaming creators and online communities
- Performance-oriented - you focus on impact, not just reach
- Experience running in-house creator programs or ambassador programs is a plus
- Experience working remotely in fast-paced, scrappy environments
