ABOUT YOU

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in product brainstorms
• Manage of existing and establishment of new vendor relationships as required for product creation
• Collect bids/estimates/turn times/MOQs and comparing pricing to determine best options for product production based on initial design concept
• Collaborate with Retail Director & vendors to determine initial, ongoing and final budgets and schedules for approved products
• Create and maintain production budgets and schedules for product delivery, working in tandem with clients and partners to keep all parties informed of their responsibilities and on track with the delivery schedule
• Manage of developers and artists to ensure timely delivery of all elements per established production schedule
• Create and submit POs, BOMS, and invoices and facilitate communication between vendors and accounting as needed
• Communicate around production status/updates/upcoming deadlines to internal team on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Facilitate and deliver templated packaging files to First Parties and other partners, as needed
• Manage and facilitate product creation and design elements from concept to prototyping/proofing to delivery of final product to fulfillment warehouse
• Communicate incoming product details - including specs, shipping info - across necessary internal departments
• Consult with Retail Director regarding initial order quantities, wholesale order production requirements, product re-orders
• Coordinate prototypes/mock ups/PR asset approvals with clients and Creative Directors as required
• Audit production related invoices before submission to internal controller

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a relevant field: production of physical goods, supply chain management, or procurement 
• Strong analytical skills and experience required
• Strong follow-through on all projects; ability to handle various projects in a fast-paced environment and bring projects to timely completion

COMPENSATION

• Salary: $65k - $75k per year
