Honey B Games is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help grow Focus Friend through paid creator partnerships across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.

About Focus Friend

Focus Friend is a cozy, gamified focus timer created by online educator Hank Green. In 2025, Focus Friend made it to #1 in the App Store. It won several awards, including Google Play’s Best App of 2025, Google Play’s Best App for Personal Growth, and the App Store Cultural Impact Award.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Regularly searching YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms for creators who could be a strong fit for Focus Friend
• Researching creators and evaluating their content, audience, engagement, and fit for specific campaigns
• Building creator lists around different strategies, audiences, launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Reaching out to creators and talent managers through email and DMs
• Managing communication and follow-ups with creators throughout the partnership process
• Negotiating rates and deliverables within established budgets and guidelines
• Coordinating contracts, campaign briefs, deadlines, posting schedules, and approvals
• Managing invoices and keeping track of creator payments
• Tracking the status of outreach and partnerships so nothing falls through the cracks
• Collecting campaign results and helping us understand which creators and strategies perform best
• Maintaining relationships with creators we may want to work with again

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, creators, and internet culture
• Ability to identify creators whose audience and content are genuinely a good fit for Focus Friend
• Strong written communication skills for email and DMs
• Comfortable initiating conversations and following up consistently
• Highly organized and able to manage many creator conversations at different stages
• Good judgment when evaluating creators beyond follower count alone
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong attention to detail when handling contracts, deliverables, deadlines, and invoices
• Ability to communicate clearly with both creators and our internal team
• Ability to meet deadlines and keep campaigns moving

Bonus Points

• Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, PR, or digital marketing
• Experience negotiating paid creator partnerships
• Experience working with creator contracts and campaign briefs
• Experience using influencer marketing or creator discovery tools
• Familiarity with productivity, study, gaming, lifestyle, tech, or cozy-content creators
• Affinity for Focus Friend or cozy games
• Comfortable and excited about working with a small team
