🎮 What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement compelling lighting setups in Unity to establish mood, tension, and storytelling depth.
- Utilize volumetric lighting to enhance immersion and create dynamic, atmospheric environments.
- Collaborate closely with environment artists, level designers, and writers to align lighting with gameplay, narrative, and visual direction.
- Optimize lighting for performance while maintaining high-quality visuals.
🕵️♂️ What We’re Looking For:
- Strong portfolio showcasing Unity lighting work, with clear examples of scene lighting and volumetric effects.
- Proven experience in creating atmospheric environments in Unity.
- Deep understanding of light, shadow, color, and their role in psychological impact.
- Familiarity with Unity’s rendering pipelines and lighting tools (URP 2022.3).
- Ability to work independently, respond to feedback, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Programming experience in C# is a plus but not required.
- Prior work on horror games, especially stylized or atmospheric ones, is a plus.
