We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Asset Coordinator with excellent organizational and communication skills, exquisite artistic taste, curation ability, and a sharp eye for detail.

Ideal candidates are experienced in managing schedules, asset organization, client communications, have a strong attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participation in product, art direction, and artist sourcing brainstorms
• Facilitation of templated packaging related files for delivery
• Development and maintenance of templated resources
• Maintain a bank of potential artist options and relationship documentation
• Facilitation of product creation and design from concept to prototyping/proofing to delivery of final product to fulfillment warehouse
• Oversee communication with work-for-hire artists and designers including initial outreach
• Own approvals process with clients with accountability
• Ensure first party and vendor templating regulations are followed
• Oversee creation of marketing materials for direct to consumer product and retail partners
• Coordination of prototypes/mockups/PR asset approvals with clients and Creative Directors as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge and experience around file prep for retail product production (Xbox, PS4, Switch, pins, plush etc)
• Mastery of MS Excel and Google Suite
• Scheduling Skills
• Producing Skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
• In-depth knowledge and understanding around art files and art file management
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative Problem Solving
• Sense of urgency around meeting deadlines
• Existing knowledge of and ability to conduct ongoing research around artists for possible collaborations
