ABOUT YOU

Our Holiday-season Shipping/Production Associate will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders and marketing projects during the busy holiday season.

We are looking for individuals who are team players and take pride in their work. Able to perform repetitive physical tasks for up to 8 hours with accuracy and a positive attitude. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and organization. The ideal candidate needs to quickly acquire an understanding of our products and our policies ensuring that the standards of the company are upheld.

The position is open October ‘23 - January ‘24. Shifts for this position are scheduled flexibly based on project needs. There is potential for extension of employment based on performance and the needs of the company at that time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and prepare shipping area for fulfillment
• Pick items for fulfillment
• Stock & count inventory
• Prepare packages for delivery by prepping contents, attaching shipping labels and confirming that all invoices reflect the correct information
• Maintain a working product knowledge for the purpose of accurately picking and packing merchandise
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflow efficiencies and packaging
• Maintain an inventory of packaging products including labels, boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap and packing tape
• Maintain clean and safe work spaces
• Prepare outgoing parcels for pickup by carrier services
• Participate in quality control
• Perform production/fulfillment tasks as assigned
• Uphold merchandise handling best practices

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent degree
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Superior organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs

PREFERRED:

• Experience with Shipstation or other fulfillment applications
• Experience using packaging equipment (pallet jacks, shrink-wrapping machines, Zebra printers)
• Familiarity with Gmail and Google Suites

• $17.50/hr
• Flexible scheduling
