RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects related operations, including but not limited to: cloud based systems, applications, office and warehouse
• Compile and review data/reports relevant to company operations; assist in action items, auditing, and automation of processes
• Blueprinting of repeated workflows/tasks
• Prepare/maintain process documentation
• Research and prepare briefs related to operations initiatives
• Participate in research, planning and implementation of operational/procedural updates and initiatives
• Participate in and optimize cross-departmental workflows related to operations
• Document meetings, discussions, and prepare follow up/action items
• Prepare project schedules and meeting agendas
• Administrative data entry and auditing
• Assist as needed in projects to support the goals and objectives of the company

REQUIREMENTS

• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work within Los Angeles
• Netsuite/ERP experience required
• Shopify experience required
• Advanced computer skills in Google Workspace, MS Office, Excel, databases, building complex spreadsheets, and comfortable using formulas
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• Strong analytical skills and experience required
• Strong follow-through on all projects; ability to handle various projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2+ Years of related experience: retail operations, system administration
