Hello! Albert from Pillow Castle Games here. We’re hiring for a senior 3D artist who is familiar with creating indoor environments and objects for our next game. The engine we’re using is Unity. 

This is a remote position (centered around US Pacific Time) with a relatively short deadline (about 15 months), so we’re hoping to move fast. We’re looking for someone with ample professional experience (4+ years of official employment as a game artist), great communication and organizational skills, who can manage their own schedule and day-to-day. 

Requirements 

• Familiarity with the entire 3D art pipeline
• Strong art skills in creating indoor environment and objects
• Able to model texture and light a scene 
• Has one shipped title or 4+ years of experience
• Familiarity with Unity 
• Strong fundamentals in composition, lighting, color theory 
• Able to work in a remote environment 
• Experience with source control 
• Is self-managed: able to prioritize tasks and ask for feedback/help in a timely manner

Compensation and details: 

• Type: full-time contract 
• Duration: ~15 months
• Location: fully remote 
• Compensation: 120-140k a year; bonus after shipping
• Includes health insurance in the US
