Prefabot is an indie studio crafting original multiplayer and narrative-driven games for PC & Consoles. We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead our global growth, bridge the gap between innovation and players, and turn our titles into household names.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our upcoming game releases.(including Game Desserted).
- Partnerships: Lead high-level relations with Steam, Epic, Console platforms, and top-tier publishers.
- Growth: Own the marketing budget, optimize UA, and maximize wishlist conversion/ROI.
- Storefront Optimization: Steam store pages and marketing assets.
- Leadership: Build and mentor our internal marketing team and external PR/creator agencies.
- Launch: Orchestrate full-cycle campaigns, from Steam Next Fest to post-launch DLC.
Requirements
- 5+ years in game marketing with proven leadership experience.
- Track Record: Multiple shipped PC/Console titles (Indie/AA preferred).
- Network: A deep "black book" of platform holders, media, and creator contacts.
- English: Professional fluency with the executive presence to represent us at GDC/Gamescom.
