About Us

Founded in 2025, we are a small & entirely remote game studio dedicated to building next generation rhythm games. We are an incredibly hardworking and ambitious team that strives to push the boundaries of what we are capable of every day.

We got our start modding and creating tools/content for the classic Guitar Hero and Rock Band games, now we want to help more people enjoy these types of games by branching out into our own studio.

About You

You're a skilled and adaptable 3D generalist who can take an idea and carry it all the way through to a finished, high-quality asset. Whether it’s concepting, modeling, texturing, rigging, or animating, you’ve done it all, and you do it well. You’re confident in taking the lead, defining workflows, and building out the foundation for an entire art pipeline. You’re not intimidated by big challenges, you welcome them.

The Role

You will be the founding game artist on our team. You’ll work closely with the rest of our small & hardworking team to define the visual identity of our debut title. You’ll own the complete 3D art and animation pipeline, from early exploration to final implementation, and will play a critical role in shaping the game’s look and feel.

Requirements

  • Highly experienced with a proven track record of shipping complex and detailed humanoid character animations, including full body movements and facial expressions.
  • Proficient in modeling, texturing, rigging, and animating high quality 3D assets. Everything from humanoid characters, musical instruments, stage environments, and other abstract 3D gameplay elements.
  • A thorough understanding of Unity’s character animation pipeline (Timelines, etc)
  • Capable of creating and modifying shaders with Unity’s Shader Graph system
  • Excellent communication and self-management skills.
  • Contribute to marketing as needed to help create trailers and in-engine cinematics
  • Comfortable working in a small and fast paced team where you’ll wear multiple hats
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about rhythm games

Nice to haves:

  • Experience playing musical instruments, particularly guitars or drumming.
  • Interested or experienced in working with AI-assisted tools

References will be required for short-listed applicants.
