We are seeking a Senior Game and Mission Designer (m/f/d) for our Game Coreborn. We offer you the opportunity to work with us on our open-world multiplayer survival game that redefines its genre. As a fully remote studio, you can work with talents worldwide to build this exciting game. Your experience in Unreal Engine and the survival or open-world game genre will help us bring new ideas into this genre.

Please note: This is not an entry-level or mid-level position.



  • Creative designing new, exciting experiences for players within the constraints of the tools, tech, and game design
  • A proficient scripter who understands the technical underpinnings and asset needs of missions, and can do the hands-on work to take a mission all the way through implementation from idea to shipping product
  • Work in conjunction with development, art, and production team members to collect and collate initial and iterative feedback from all aspects of the game for features, systems, and content
  • Write quest content if needed
  • Continually verify iterative designs and implementation through playtesting and observing others playing.
  • Create and maintain design documentation that will guide the teams
  • Passionate about crafting varied, memorable, and entertaining experiences for our players



  • 5 + years of professional experience in the game development industry
  • One or more shipped titles using Unreal
  • A proven track record of design and implementation in video games, especially in missions or quests
  • Excellent understanding of game design fundamentals and knowledge of what makes a gameplay experience engaging and missions fun, exciting, memorable, and fair for players
  • A game design-oriented mindset and a passion for creating games
  • Upper-intermediate English is mandatory since our company language is English
  • You can work within the European time zone working hours



  • Extensive knowledge of Unreal Engine.
  • Knowledge in either open-world, survival, live service game, or MMORPG.
