We are in the midst of developing our next project and seek a talented Marketing Director to hold the reins and guide us through launch.

As the Marketing Director at Breaking Walls, you will lead the strategic marketing efforts for our upcoming action game, crafting and executing campaigns, including trailers and release strategies, that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement. Your vision will shape the game's brand identity, market positioning, and promotional activities, ensuring a successful launch and sustained interest post-release.

Every day, we tackle unique challenges and devise solutions that set the industry standard.



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including market analysis, branding, positioning, and go-to-market plans for the game.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting objectives and monitoring performance to ensure campaigns are effective and aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game development, PR, and community management, to ensure a cohesive marketing message and strategy.
  • Manage the game's marketing budget, allocating resources wisely across various channels and initiatives to maximize return on investment.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including trailers, ads, digital content, and promotional assets, ensuring they capture the essence of the game and appeal to the target audience.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the gaming industry or a related entertainment field.
  • Experience with both AAA and Mobile Games
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for video games.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and user acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with an ability to inspire and direct a marketing team.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with an ability to innovate and adapt marketing strategies to changing market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with marketing historical games or content, with an understanding of how to effectively communicate historical themes to a modern audience.
  • Familiarity with community-driven marketing and an ability to leverage fan engagement in promotional strategies.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with additional certifications in digital marketing or brand management.
