Gazehound Games is a small but diverse team currently working on the insect adventure Humbug Tales: Keeper of the Swarm.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Level Designer to join us in crafting the setting and gameplay of this unique world.

Details

• Remote Freelance Contract
• $15-30 USD per hour (Dependent on Experience)
• Up to 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with teammates on the implementation of puzzles, greyboxes, and finished levels
• Write specifications and other documentation related to level design
• Complete basic scripting tasks as needed using Unity and C#

Required Skills

• Fluent in English
• Available for regular calls with colleagues in United States (MT) and Europe (CET)
• Contributed to at least 1 shipped title
• Highly comfortable with Unity terrain and navmesh
• Highly skilled in puzzle design
• Quick turnaround with ideas and sketches
