We are in search of a proactive Project Manager to lead on various administrative and project management tasks. You'll play a crucial role in navigating through a pivotal phase of our project, steering administrative and project-centric tasks with a keen eye on leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the application process for various grants, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.
• Oversee legal matters pertaining to the project, liaising with legal counsel and ensuring intellectual property rights are secured and maintained.
• Manage foundational aspects of game development, ensuring timelines and project objectives are met while fostering open communication with the development team.
• Handle a range of administrative tasks including diary management, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring smooth operational flow.
• Collaborate effectively with the Head of Operations, Lead VR Developer, and Lead VR Designer, while also capable of independently driving project segments to fruition.
• Deliver regular and comprehensive project status reports to the senior leadership team, identifying challenges and proposing proactive solutions.
• Embrace the methodological use of AI tools across operational and project management domains to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably within a tech-centric or start-up environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• Comfortable with utilising and integrating AI tools to streamline operations and decision-making.
• Adaptable and collaborative, while being self-directed and proactive
• Ideal candidates will have an understanding of grant application processes and legal protocols relating to intellectual property.
