We’re Raw Fury, an unusual indie publisher with heavy focus on individual autonomy and with an insatiable desire to sign magical experiences that move us. And now we are on the hunt for someone who can attract, build and (enter)(re)tain a happy community.
Your primary focus would initially be to drive the community for our upcoming ARPG title, so an interest in that genre and deep and customizable talent trees are must-haves to click with the players.
You’d work on both a strategic and practical level. Having a notable presence in the forums and social channels while building out long-term plans for fostering and growing communities.
Location
The team you would work closest with is based across Stockholm, Sweden, to North America. 15:00 – 18:00 CEST are common meeting hours, and while you would have some flexibility in your schedule, we’d expect you to be around during these times at least.
Remote work is fine by us. You will be expected to travel at times, though.
To Apply
Please send us two of the following if you’d like to apply: a character sheet, a resumé, a meme, or a thing you’ve made.
We’re Raw Fury, an unusual indie game publisher with heavy focus on individual autonomy and with an insatiable desire to sign magical experiences that move us. We’re just people. Just people with an abnormal interest in games. Okay, it goes beyond that. All of us believe that games matter. They are the marriage of art and craft. They can elevate, change, entertain, surprise, and move people. They’re the modern vessels for our stories – our imagination. They facilitate communication and communion.

Principles We Work by:
Embark on a unique and unforgettable journey and guide Sable (Shedworks) through her Gliding; a rite of passage that will take her across vast deserts and mesmerizing landscapes, capped by the remains of spaceships and ancient wonders.
Townscaper (Oskar Stålberg) is an indie city builder video game. Build quaint island towns with curvy streets. Build small hamlets, soaring cathedrals, canal networks, or sky cities on stilts. Block by block.
Call of the Sea (Out of the Blue Games) is an otherworldly tale of mystery and love set in the 1930s South Pacific. Explore a lush island paradise, solve puzzles and unlock secrets in the hunt for your husband’s missing expedition.
