Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and strategic direction of our mobile gaming project. This role requires a blend of project management skills, a deep understanding of the gaming industry, and proficiency in using project management tools like Notion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of game projects from concept to launch.
• Define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketers to meet project milestones and deliver on objectives.
• Utilize Notion for project tracking, documentation, and team collaboration.
• Analyze market trends and player feedback to iterate on game features and improve player satisfaction.
• Facilitate agile project management processes and improve systems for tracking and optimizing workflow.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status and strategic insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Game Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the gaming industry.
• Proven track record of managing and successfully delivering gaming projects.
• High proficiency in Notion for project management and team collaboration.
• Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and market dynamics.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mobile game development.
• Certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
